It’s hard to find good businesses to work on your house. Punctuality and efficiency are so important, since I usually need to take time off work when house repairs need to be dealt with. Ameriserve was super responsive and very accommodating with my schedule. They worked quickly and cleaned up their work area thoroughly when they were finished. I just used Ameriserve for repiping my 3 bathroom house in L.A. The experience was awesome, from start to finish. Bob Park, the owner gave me a very reasonable price to do the job, followed by a very experienced crew that was polite and cleaned up after themselves. I almost lost faith in the Plumbing industry until I met Bob at Ameriserve. We literally contacted 8 plumbers and half of them either never showed up at all, or told me that they would give me an estimate, but never gave me one. We ended up with 4 bids and most of them were out of the ballpark (by thousands $). Ameriserve was the most competitive bid we received. Bob and his team showed up right on time. They were professional, clean, accommodating, polite, and easy to work with. We had our entire house repiped in a day and a half including moving the water heater to another side of the house. Just bought a house that needs total renovation. I’ve never had to redo the plumbing before. I called two plumbers and two repipe companies. I chose Ameriserve because their price was competitive and they guaranteed their work. The crew that showed up was totally professional. Gabriel was the crew chief and his team did everything perfectly. They walked me through their progress each day and allowed me to make decisions on where I wanted some of the new plumbing to go. They stayed late into the night twice because they knew other work had to be done. They were friendly and worked very well with the other crew I had in the house doing demo. They patched up everything perfect. I was nervous because I don’t ever do renovations. But these guys lived up to their word in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. What a great experience from start to finish. Jose, Salvador and Mario were professional, committed to a quality and effective job all the time respecting my home. Each day when they left they insured that the work areas were clean AND accessible so our ability to use the house was minimally impacted.
